97124 isn't appropriate, since that's a hands-on code. Maybe 97039, unlisted modality? That will cause you some problems, since an unlisted modality typically requires office notes.Anyone else?

I was thinking maybe 97010 - can u consider it a hot "pack"? and/or 97026 (infrared) and/or 97024 (diathermy), and maybe 97012.Do the MI Blues or Messa pay on 97026 or 97024?

I would use 9779. We use this code for heated hydromassage beds and get paid by most insurance. It would be a good idea to verify all of the suggested codes with the patient's insurance before billing...
